Last week, I went to see the new Design Museum building in London. The building doesn’t scream ‘White Cube’ gallery but at the same time it is spectacularly simple. You see the works of not just the designers on display but the architects and interior designers of the building. The lighting during the day is beautiful and you get a glimpse of artificial and natural daylight colliding but due to the building focusing so much on artificial yellow lighting the whole light atmosphere changes dramatically during evening time, which for me is a very interesting occurrence!
